1. License and access

Unless otherwise stated, GetFaceSwap or its licensors own the intellectual property in the software, site layout, text, and branding on this website. You may access the studio for your own use, subject to these terms.

You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license the site’s software, layout, or branding.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, its models, or its server architecture.
• Use the service for high-volume automated processing without our written permission.

You keep the rights you already have in media you upload. Subject to these terms and to the rights of people in that media, you may download the result of a job you ran. We do not grant you rights in someone else’s likeness, photograph, or recording.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for what you upload. You represent that you own the media or have the licenses and permissions needed to edit it, including permission for the likenesses in it.

You must not use the service for illegal content. You must not create or upload:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or any sexual content involving a minor.
• Content that impersonates someone in order to defraud, harass, or mislead.
• Material you are not allowed to transform or redistribute.

Do not present a synthetic result as genuine evidence. The provider safety check stays on. We may refuse a job, remove a result, or close an account that breaks these terms or the content policy.

3. Credits and one-time packs

Credits are what the studio spends on a paid job. Each person gets a free trial of 1 video and 2 images per UTC day. A GIF counts as an image. The trial does not roll over and does not require an account. A signed-in account shares that day’s count with the browser and network in use, so another login does not add free uses.

Purchases are one-time credit packs. Subscriptions are not offered, and a pack does not renew. Pack credits are released in full at purchase, last one year, and are spent only after that day’s free trial is used up. The packs and prices are the ones shown on the pricing page at checkout. A failed paid job returns the credits it held. An uncertain job keeps the hold until the result is known, because the provider may already have accepted it. Credits are not returned because a finished result did not meet your expectations.

Buying a pack requires an account. Pay sends you to MoneyGo. We do not store full card numbers. A browser return from checkout is not proof of payment.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your first purchase when 5 or fewer credits from that purchase have been used. Outside that window, or after more of that purchase has been used, the credits are not refundable. Later purchases are not eligible. A pack shown against a higher comparison price is not eligible. Where a refund is granted, remaining credits from that purchase are removed. If MoneyGo captured the funds, the refund is finished when MoneyGo confirms it. The site ledger alone is not a card refund. A technical failure that returns credits, and a charge you believe was made in error, are handled separately. Email [email protected] from the address on the account for a billing error.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The studio and its AI outputs are provided “as is.” GetFaceSwap disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that a result will match an example, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that every job will succeed. A shared daily processing budget can refuse a job even when a personal balance still has credits.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GetFaceSwap and its suppliers are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the studio or from an inability to use it, even if we were told that such damage was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Revisions

We may change these terms by posting an updated version on the Site. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after the new date is acceptance of the updated terms. Product behavior and prices can change. The price you are charged is the price shown when the order is created.
